1 cup of Gluten Free Flour
3/4 cup almond flour
½ cup of almond milk
¼ cup of pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of butter (or butter substitute)
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tablespoon of cane sugar (or 1 tsp of stevia or monk fruit)
Add spices to preference (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger)
